HAPPY FRIDAY!

Hello everyone! Things are going well here in Grenada. I survived my first week of third term. Only five more to go of this awful subject material. I am looking forward to the weekend. Saturday night is the AMSA party. It is by far my favorite night of the term. We always begin talking about our first AMSA party when we were all so new. How things have changed since then! I have survived a year of medical school, which has aged me about 10 years. I've made some fabulous friends. The strangest thing is that the people I went to that party with the 2nd night I was on this island for the most part are still my closest friends today. I'm looking forward to meeting some of the new first termers. I love seeing the newness (is that a word??) on their faces. I know I had that same exact look. Now the roles are reversed. I'm the 3rd termer who is attending my last AMSA, and they are just starting out. Well I hope you have a wonderful weekend. I am off to a meeting and then errands. BYE!
