I went home last night to the best surprise! After about 3 weeks, I finally have AC in my room again!!!!! I woke up this morning cold and it was the best feeling. About a month ago, I woke up in the middle of the night to my AC spitting ice cubes at me, and I'm not exaggerating. It scared me to death! I told my oh so wonderful landlord (note the sarcasm) about it. The guys came out to fix it. They stopped it from freezing up...it wouldn't cool anymore. Now, that it is finally cool air blowing I'm waiting for it to spit ice cubes at me again.
Today was one of my full days. Class from 8-5, and then study time. It's exhausting!! This afternoon's clinical skills lab was fun. I am now fully trained in examining ears, nose and sinuses. The hard part isn't the examination itself. It's the having to report all of your findings to the clinical tutor. You can't say things are normal, apparently there is no such thing. I will have to do the same thing when I am in my clinical years so it's good to get some practice. That's about all for now. Gotta get some more work done so I can get home at a reasonable hour. Night!!
