Two days in one

So I tried to post earlier today and it erased the entire thing, and I didn’t have time to rewrite the whole thing. Now you get two days worth of stuff into one entry.
Tuesday:
I had Living Anatomy Tuesday morning which was a lot of fun. This week’s session focused on the lungs and heart. The boys in our group had to take off their shirts and we got to draw all over them with markers! We outlined where the heart and lungs are located as well as the ribs. Too bad the boys aren’t cute. HA! I had my favorite type of lecture Tuesday afternoon, Clinical Anatomy. We learned how to read chest x-rays and where to insert chest tubes and other fun stuff. It’s a really interesting class just because it puts everything we learn into a clinical aspect. Last night I came home did some studying here. There isn’t a spot in the library this week because the upper termers are taking their midterms. It’s just not worth fighting for a spot when I can study here.
Wednesday:
This morning I had Histology lab. It is so boring! What is fun about looking at slides on a tv screen (we don’t even look through a microscope!)? At least it’s easy so I probably shouldn’t complain too much. This afternoon we had two Histology lectures and two Biochems. I really feel bad for poor Dr. Chadwell (Biochem professor). He gives out these packets before class that are word for word from his lecture and what he asks on the test so basically everyone has stopped going to his class. Today he was so aggrevated that he said he wasn’t going to give these out anymore if more people didn’t show up to his lecture! This afternoon I studied some Histology. Then Sumreen and I grabbed some street meat and cooked rice to go with it on her hot plate and made salad. I actually had a real meal. Mark it on your calendar!! I am going grocery shopping tomorrow morning since I don’t have class til 1. Last week I went to the store and all of the sandwich meat was expired. Everytime I go in there I am always in shock. Either there is absolutely nothing on the shelves or everything is old. You talk about a strange feeling. I really need to stop talking about food. I feel like it’s all I talk about on here. Ok, it’s bed time. It’s quite late.

PS. Mrs. Benita, I did not forget about the “blends!” In fact I think the Capri blend was what was on top of my nachos!
