Black cats and full moons = never a good sign

A black cat crossed my path last night when I was walking home, and I think it was a full moon. I should have known that today would be an interesting day. I had Dry Lab at 9 this morning, and then my table quiz at 10. The 8:40 bus never showed up so I was late to Dry Lab. Then the lab quiz could have gone much better than it did. We had points taken off once again on our dissection grade. I answered all my questions correctly, so hopefully that means I got a 9/10. I just need every point possible to get an A in that class, and I REALLY want that A. Oh well, what else can I do??? After the quiz was over, we had the big revealing of Eve's face. Her head has been covered the entire semester until today. Our dissection was of the neck, and it was not easy. One because there are about a million nerves in that area that you don't want to cut, and two she was looking at me!!! Ok, the eyes were shut and I'm exaggerating, but still it was tough. She has a face!! I did get to break the clavicle today, and I honestly think that breaking bones is my favorite part of lab. My lab partners have no problem leaving this job to me. I don't even know why I like it...it's quite disturbing. Lab ended at noon, and I ran to grab a hot dog. Then I had to run to the library for my training session that started at noon (late for the 2nd time today). We have Biochemistry small group sessions tomorrow, and I am leading one of them. The training ended at 1, and it was time for class. During our first Anatomy lecture this afternoon, a guy came in to announce that a car was on fire outside!! Turns out it was one of the Anatomy professors! Poor Dr. Hage! I feel so bad for him. How does a car just set on fire?? So strange. Somehow I made it through all of the lectures. I went home for a little while to shower and nap. Now I am back on campus with the Anatomy books and doing some prep work for my small group session. It has been quite a day and I am just exhausted! Let's just hope I can sleep tonight. I don't plan on staying here late. Let me get back to my work. Stay tuned for more adventures...

PS. MiMi, you asked what happened to Maureen, my laundry woman. Well, my clothes were not smelling good. One time they came back smelling like bug spray and another time they just smelled awful so I'm not sure if she was actually washing them or not. If she was washing them then it was some nasty detergent. Needless to say I won't be using her anymore. Also, you don't have to do my laundry when I get home. All I ask for is a good meal, preferably breakfast!!!!!!!!! I'll give you the complete menu closer to time...hahahah!
