Becoming a pro...

I had another mock patient interview this morning. It went SO MUCH better than the first one. "Marvin" had a cough that had some blood that he was concerned about. The doctor leading this session was much more laid back, and he really helped us out. He's originally from Glasgow, and now he practices medicine here. He is the only rheumatologist for Grenada, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad and Tobago...WOW! Sometimes I forget just how third world it is down here. One girl in my group just looked at him and said, "Wow! You must be famous!" Everyone cracked up. I have class as usual this afternoon. Then I plan on taking a nice nap. When I wake up I will do some major studying considering I have this Biochem quiz on Monday as well as 5 million other things to do. Well I better run to class. Talk to you later!

Liv!!!! It was so great to hear from you! We should definitely have a DG reunion down here at some point! If not a reunion, I'm sure you could think of some Geological reason to come visit, and have Auburn foot the bill (haha). I mean, I'm living on one big rock! As for the idea of my own show, I have been planning it for a while. It would be a reality series that tracked the lives of medical students in the Caribbean, and it would be appropriately named "Club Med School." It would basically be Real World meets Survivor. Although, I'm not saying if you lose you get kicked out of medical school...that would be terrible! Hope to chat with you soon!
