Weekend recap

My apologies for not posting, but the stupid thing hasn't been working! You haven't missed out on much. Things here have been rather uneventful. Friday was a busy day for me. I had to go get a shot at the clinic (I need all of my vaccinations before I start hospital rounds in August). That was the first time I had been in the clinic and I thought I was going to lose my mind. You know how we complain about waiting in the doctor's office in America...now just imagine Grenada. It was awful. After that I had a meeting with the Dean of Students. There are over 200 clinicians (physicians who teach us in our clinical years) in two weeks. He wanted all of the major orgainzations to be involved so he met with all of the exec boards. Friday night I had to go to dinner for a friend's birthday. We went to Beach House (where I took mom and MiMi when they came). As always, it was delicious. I love that place.
Saturday was a wasted day. We did nothing, but it was fun. I will never have another Saturday like that until I go home in June so I enjoyed it. Now it is Sunday and I'm back in my cubicle in the library. It's time to get back to work. Gotta run!
