Let's see what has been going on. Last night we had dinner at "The Ladies." They are a group of local women who cook lunch and dinner for the students. It costs about $8US ($20EC) and the food was excellent. There was way too much!!! I had baked chicken, rice, veggies, salad, macaroni and cheese, and dessert! It was too many carbs to even keep count. I ate the dessert for breakfast this morning. Today I got up at 7AM to swim because that is when my friend Jenn wanted to go. I tried to convince her we should go at 8, and she said 7. Then this afternoon in class she looked at me and said, "That was way too early to ever get up!" Class is good. Today I had 2 hours of Anatomy lecture in which we saw a video about lab. I can't wait for tomorrow morning when I get to meet my cadaver! We start on the back and shoulder tomorrow, but only skin them. Sounds like fun to me!! Turns out I have Anatomy Labs on Friday morning at 8AM...such a tough time. After Anatomy we had Embryology and then Clinical Skills. Clinical Skills is REALLY boring. It only lasts for a month, and I get 0 credits for taking it. I met the girl who was supposed to be my roommate today. She is living elsewhere, which means that I have a room to myself!! So Shelley, you didn't even have to worry about being replaced! =) Well I need to head back to the hotel. I am still on campus because I needed to check my e-mail, but I didn't bring any of my books with me. I feel like I have tons of stuff to do for Anatomy already!! Til tomorrow,
M
