Hear no evil, see no evil

Today's dissection: eye and ear! There were power tools involved, and it was great! Unfortunately, the group before me got to take the brain out. I am so sad that I didn't get to do that, but it was still a good lab. Dr. Rao (Dean of Students, former Anatomist) came in lab today, and he ate me for lunch. It was brutal! I thought I knew it before, but I know it now for sure! Other than that, things here are pretty good. We only have 2 1/2 weeks of class left, and then finals last for a week and a half and then I'm done. The end is in sight! We had a quiz yesterday in Biochem, and it went well. I made quite possibly the dumbest mistake ever so I should have gotten a 10/10, but whatever. I always seem to do that! I've been studying at home a lot which is working well. I have discovered that studying here in the library is distracting because I tend to socialize since everyone else is studying in there. Plus at home there is no internet and no tv. It's amazing what you can get done when you don't have these distractions! I do miss tv but only when I think about it. Ok, I need to run.

PS Happy Mother's Day to all the moms (a little late)!
