Look what some people discovered on the beach the other night! A giant sea turtle! This is evidently a rare event on the south of Grenada (where we are located). This poor girl must have been lost, and she was trying to lay her eggs. The guy in yellow is my friend, Raj and I have no clue who the other guy is (at least I'm honest).

Dear Melissa, Your mother and I "dinned" at Schaeffer's tonight. Arriving home after having turtle soup, turtle sauce piquante and turtle kabob I was pleased to see the large turtle in your posting. It gives me confidence that there is still plenty of turtle to eat! I bet that female was nice and fat since she was looking for a place to lay her eggs. Don't you just love fat turtle meat.
