Les Miles, you are my hero

Last night I sat out on the porch, listened to the waves and watched the LSU football game (Lennie has a tv on the porch). Life couldn't get much better than that, especially since the Tigers managed to pull off the victory! The game was really exciting and I'm so glad that there is ESPN in Grenada!! I would have been sad if I hadn't watched that nail biter. I only managed to call my brother five times during the game, which is small number compared to the usual. I am calling international, however. We'll have to figure a better way to do it from now on. I don't want LSU games to cost me a fortune!! At least I know that cell phones are basically up and running again in Slidell since I was able to get through everytime I tried. I was also able to get through to my mom yesterday afternoon which was very exciting! It had almost been a week since I talked to her, and that is just way too long!! Les Miles is my new favorite person. I think he's going to be a great coach, and I like his attitude. Well I have TONS of studying to do. Midterms are fast approaching...scary isn't it??
