New experiences all the time...

Today we had our Clinical Skills lab. The first lab two weeks ago was pretty interesting considering we have real patients, and today's was even more so. We had a Psychiatric patient that we had to interview. I was really not looking forward to it, but it turned out to be the most interesting thing. Our patient was a schizophrenic and talking to him fascinated me. I really enjoyed it! Don't worry...I don't plan on becoming a Psychiatrist, but it was still very interesting. I am trying to get a lot of studying in when I am not in class. Tests start in a little over two weeks which is a scary thought! I want to watch the LSU game on Saturday so that is my motivation to get as much work done as possible! We do not get ESPN 2 at our apartment so I bribed some of my guy friends into letting me watch it over there. Now I am stuck cooking dinner for about 10 people! HAHAH! I am actually really excited about cooking and I think they are even more excited. They told me to make a grocery list and they would go buy everything. "They didn't want me stressed out." I'm definitely milking this one for all it's worth!!! =) Gotta run study. Hope all is well where you are.
